FitLego is committed to respecting the privacy rights of users of the FitLego mobile application.
This Privacy Policy is to explain its information collection and use practices and the protection of
your information when you visit and use the FitLego Website and mobile Application.
This Privacy Policy is only applicable to the FitLego Website and Applications and does not
apply to any websites or applications that are owned or operated by third parties (Third-Party
Websites/ Applications), which may have data collection, storage and use practices and policies
that differ materially from this Privacy Policy.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND PROTECTION

FitLego collects information from users upon registration and in connection with the use of any
of FitLego applications. By registering, the user explicitly agrees that FitLego shall have the right
to use all automatically collected personally identifiable information. FitLego does not pass on
personally identifiable information to third parties, except as required by law or with the explicit consent of the user. FitLego implements all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access by third parties to saved details. The user explicitly consents to the storage and use of non-personally identifiable information for purposes of in-app advertising Health data will never be shared with advertisers or with any similar agencies.

PLUGINS FOR SOCIAL MEDIA

FitLego allows the users to login through the Facebook / Google credentials, in such instances
FitLego fetch the users public profile with the consent of the user from Facebook / Google and
store them in the FitLego platform for identification purposes If users do not want to have the respective social media-platform connected with the FitLego mobile application, users must logout from their social media-account.

CHAT POLICY

FitLego IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR A MEMBER’S MISUSE OR MISAPPROPRIATION OF
ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION YOU POST IN CHAT ROOMS. You are entitled to Report
private or group chats if you observe any inappropriate conversations or message exchange witnessed.

RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN CONTENT

You are solely responsible for the information that you post on, through or in connection with the Service and that you provide to others

MEMBER DISPUTES

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the Service and any other
parties with whom you interact through the Service and/or FitLego services. FitLego reserves
the right, but has no obligation, to become involved in any way with these disputes.

WHAT WE COLLECT

FitLego gives you several options regarding what information you will give us:
When you register a profile with FitLego, your profile including any information (name, age,
gender) will be registered with FitLego. When you identify yourself on a FitLego site, you may
identify yourself using a FitLego account. When you identify yourself on a FitLego site, you may
identify yourself through a social network account in which FitLego may receive additional
information about your profile.In each case, we will collect and record the information you have provided. Other than names
and email addresses provided at your discretion, we do not generally collect any “Personally
Identifying Information” about our users (such as social security number, street address, drivers
license number, etc.),. We may offer you the opportunity to submit other information about
yourself (such as gender, age, occupation, hobbies, interests, zip code, etc.).

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell or rent your “Personally Identifiable Information” to any third party. We may, however, use certain information about you that is not personally identifiable.

You may manage notifications from the “Settings” page of the Mobile App or through your device. You understand and agree that we may access, preserve, and disclose any information we may

belief that such access, preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to avoid liability, to
comply with legal process, such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order, to
protect our rights and property, or that of our affiliates or the public, or when there is a violation of our Terms of Service Agreement.

CONTROLLING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Be advised that if you send messages or post material containing personal information, that
information may be collected and used by others.
You can terminate your account at any time which will remove your profile and other personal information from view. FitLego, however, may (but is not obligated to) keep information about you that is on its system following your termination. Please contact FitLego to terminate your account or for any other questions about your personal information.

CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

If FitLego decides to change its privacy policy, it will post those changes on this page. This
policy was last modified on 01 July, 2021.
